probleme serveur ut2004 help pls

voila 2 jour que serveur ut2004 que je co-admin ne répond plus il a un ping N/A et je ne peu meme plus l'admin par le web

vous etes ma derniere chance pour pouvoir résoudre ce probleme.

pps: j'ai ajouter des map sur le ftp du serveur il marchais bien meme quand les upload avais fini, puis opla plus rien!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
