hello how i can change hltv name i try to change in cstrike/hltv.cfg but that dont work

Hello, you can not change the hltv name using the hltv.cfg.

You can only change it using the rcon commands.

Not true. You can change the name of HLTV using hltv.cfg here is my HLTV.cfg
