[HELP] Bug Minecraft et Déconnexion !

Bonjour, je viens vers vous pour avoir votre aide.

Je vous explique, je joue sur un serveur privé VQS en 1.13.2 (Vanilla) et j'ai des déconnexion toutes les 2/3 minutes ! C'est horrible..

 

Voici le message que sa m'affiche quand je suis déco :

 

"Internal Exception: java.io.IOExecption: une connexion existante a dû être fermée par l'hôte distant"
