My friend and I signed up for a Minecraft server with web hosting yesterday, our Minecraft server was activated at midnight last night (5 hours after registration, even though it says on the sign up form 5 minutes setup time!). However, our web server is still not working. Our address: http://indigoinfinitum.verygames.net says Forbidden. Our FTP access won't let us in. Our hosting number is #739. Could someone please look at this for us. Thanks.

This is now resolved.

My friend and I have just purchased a Minecraft VQSi server over an hour ago. We purchased it with Web and Voice also. Web and Voice servers are working fine and we have received an email saying they are setup, but our Minecraft Server doesn't appear to have been setup? When we login to our Admin Panel, we can see Minecraft VQSi but it just says "No Options". The History Of Operations says it was created and the Operation Finished icon is there. Server : #503854 Invoice : #2569726-1 We have opened a ticket and tried the IRC chat but it appears there is no support available on Sundays... So essentially we have paid for a server that we can't access and have now wasted a days subscription. Could someone look into this for us asap?
