Server not working corretcly

So litterly minimum support too? jesus christ 1/10 can't get ur servers to match the server.cfg and can't provide support. -
So i made the server added all the sourcemod mods, made the server.cfg but the server does not do what i wrote it to do in the cfg file. bot's not getting kicked, money not added and so on....
