    Mani Admin CSS Désactiver lautodownload des sons

    Voila sniffff j'ai essayé de désactiver le téléchargement automatique sur mon serveur mais rien a faire ....

     

    Du coup des tas de gens essaye de ce connecter mais abandonne vue le temps que prend tous les téléchargements des sons .... :-(

     

    J'ai donc essayé de rentrer les commandes VCARS suivantes

    =>mani_sounds_auto_download 0

    =>cl_allowdownload 0

    dans le fichier game.cfg ou meme server.cfg mais rien a faire meme après un reboot :cry:

     

    Je précise que j'ai bien configurer le reste de Mani et que j'ai quand meme suivi les consignes mais pour sa sniff marche pas

     

    Donc voila si un admin ayant trouver la solution ou bien quelqun de bien sympathique sa me rendrer un très grand service !!! :-D

    Attention, tu as 2 types de sons, les sons serveurs et les sons quake

     

    mani_quake_auto_download 0 (à modifié dans mani_server.cfg)

     

    mani_sounds_auto_download 0 (à modifié dans mani_quake_sounds.cfg)

     

    La modification de ces cvars nécéssite un redémarrage du serveur.

     

    Attention, donc en mettant à 0 ces variable, tu dois obligatoirement pour pouvoir jouer un son, fournir les .res de toute les map de ton serveur !!!

     

    Normalement avec ca, tes joueurs ne dl plus automatiquement les sons !!

    C'est aussi ce que j'ai lu dans le tuto mani admin mais dans ce cas le truc que je c'est pas faire c'est donc ces fameux .res :lol:

     

    Euuuuuuu personne pourrait me donner un lien pour la comprehension de ce mot :lol: Ou si c'est pas grand chose me répondre ici :lol:

     

    Ossinon Totoleharicot lol mon but n'est pas de virer les sons mais d'éviter que tout le monde ai à les télécharger en ce connectant au serveur.

    Making a .res file

    We have uploaded our sounds, now we need to tell the server to send the sounds to clients/players who don't have our sounds.

     

    So we need to make a .res file for sounds. Everyone has notepad... so open notepad (or your editor of choice) and copy & paste the following code:

    "sound/my_sounds/sound2.mp3" "file"

    "sound/my_sounds/sound3.mp3" "file"

    }

     

     

    This is the correct format and syntax (note each line has four double quotes) so all you have to do is modify and add lines to reflect your sounds.

     

    Your sound folder name?

    Make sure you replace:

     

    my_sounds

    with the name of the folder on your server where your custom sounds are stored. This can be anything you want.

     

    Make sure you replace:

     

    sound1.mp3

    sound2.mp3

    sound3.mp3

    etc...

    with the sounds you have uploaded. One line for each sound.

     

    Once you have all your sounds entered into your .res file... in notepad (or your editor of choice) perform the following:

     

    File -> Save As...

    enter "de_dust.res" (include the double quotes) as the file name

    click Save

    You should now have a working .res file for the map de_dust.

     

    How to name .res files?

    This is simple, for every map you have on your server you need a .res file with the same name as the map so if you have the following maps:

     

     

    $BASE/cstrike/maps/de_dust.bsp

    $BASE/cstrike/maps/de_aztec.bsp

    You need the following .res files:

     

    $BASE/cstrike/maps/de_dust.res

    $BASE/cstrike/maps/de_aztec.res

    Uploading your .res file

    Your .res file needs to be in the same folder as your maps:

     

    $BASE/cstrike/maps/de_dust.bsp <- The map

    $BASE/cstrike/maps/de_dust.res <- The .res file

    Testing your .res file

    Before you make .res files for each map on your server you should test your .res file for "de_dust". If you have followed all the steps above, perform the following to test your .res file:

     

    Delete any of the sounds from your local client (this allows to test if the sounds are downloading properly)

    Change the map on your server to de_dust (changelevel de_dust)

    Connect to your server...

    As you connect you should download the sounds from the server that you specified in your .res file

    If you didn't download the sounds then something is wrong... check the following:

     

    Have you uploaded the sounds to your server and to the right folder?

    Is your .res file pointing to the right sounds?

    Did you upload you .res

    Did you upload your .res file to the right folder?

    Duplicating your .res file for all maps

    If your happy that your .res file works then you can create a copy of the "de_dust.res" for each map. It's simple:

     

    Make a copy of "de_dust.res"

    rename it to a map name you don't already have a .res file for

    Upload it

    Je teste sa et je te dit dès que sa marche :-D

     

    C est claire c est un pro.... Mais si ils abandonnent ... Etant Donne que le telechargement se fait a 15K... c est qu il doit y en avoir un bonne quantite.... Donc je reviens sur le ce disait totoleharicot Fosoit les supprimer soit les optimises...

     

    1Mo c est environs 60 secondes de telechargment....

    justement, en ce qui concerne le point de l'optimisation, tu peux mettre tes sons sur un serveur web ou ftp (sv_downloadurl) pis j'ai cru entendre que très bientôt il y aura une très très bonne nouvelle sur ce sujet....

    Effectivement, ça implique également les maps....(j'avais omis de le dire) :wink:

    Pour en revenir à ce qu'à dit Volti, effectivement il y a une fonction d'optimisation des fichiers...très méconnue.

     

    Ca n'a bien sur rien à voir avec le plugin.

     

    Cela va vous permettre de réduire de 50% et + la taille de vos fichiers sur vos serveurs WEB.

     

    Pour l'instant je n'ai créé que le tuto international (comprendre => en anglais).

     

    Dès que j'ai le temps je vous le fait en français. (demain je pars en week-end à la mer :wink: )

    Je n'ai pas le temps de refaire mon tuto anglais en français aujourdhui car je me sauve en week-end ce vendredi.

     

    Mais comme j'ai vu une section anglaise ici, je vais vous le mettre à disposition, et quand je rentre lundi soir je vous le mettrai en français.

    En effet j'ai bien testé la méthode conseillée mais je c'est pas ce que j'ai fait de travers .... sa marche toujours pas snifff

     

    J'ai donc bien créer des .res pour chaques maps de mon serveur en y mettant en ligne de code tout les sons souhaités et de plus j'ai rentré aussi les VCAR

    J'ai rentrer donc ces VCAR dans plusieurs fichiers parcque je doutais (server.cfg / mani_server.cfg / game.cfg) ...

     

    mais snifff je suis vraiment pas bon sa téléchargé toujours les sons après en avoir suprimé un volontairement de mon pc :cry:

     

    Ossinon j'ai fait un autre essai en suprimant la ligne concernant le son que je voulais suprimer de mon pc pour ne pas le télécharger mais toujours sans succès :cry:

     

    Et toujours dans mes soucis son avec mon serveur je place au passage une petite demande d'aide pour changer les sons Quake en sons Quake mais Sexy ... :lol:

    J'ai carrément suprimés les sons Quake d'origines du serveur et upé

    les son Quake sexy dans le meme dossier mais en vain ...

     

    Moi est les sons sur sources c'est pas une réussite :?

    Dans les 2 cas j'ai fait quelque chose à l'envers mais quoi ?????

     

    Alors avec tout les experts qui ce sont croisé autour de ma question j'espère qui en aura un qui poura me secourir :lol:

    Voila bé pour mon sous-soucis ^^ a savoir les sons "sexy" de quake c'est réglé j'ai pas cherché a faire sa très propre donc au lieu de virer les anciens godlike et autre par mes sons sexy j'ai tout simplement modifier le fichier txt de mani_quake_sound en y insérant une direction vers mes nouveaux fichiers ..... :-D

     

    Ossinon pour mon soucis de son admin que je souhaiterais qui ne ce télécharge pas chez les clients, beh j'ai encore fait plein d'essaies mais sans succès alors bon je vous poste donc mon fichier de config mani_server.cfg :

    Je crois que tu mélanges tout là....

     

    Si tu as des sons dans tes répertoires sounds de ton serveur, que tu aies Mani ou que tu n'aies pas mani, ton client va les dowloader de toute manière...

     

    Donc si tu veux pas de son, ben supprime les de ton serveur..je vois pas autre chose..bon il est tard aussi et j'ai lu un peu en diagonale ton post..

    Je reste :shock: de ce que tu me dit Volti parcque je bien lut à droite et à gauche qu'on pouvait désactiver le download automatique des sons ....

     

    De plus je vois pas mal de post pour des admins qui veulent justement eux à l'inverse les activer ......

    C'est qu'ont peut donc bien les désactiver non ????

     

    Bon beh je suis blasé de cette réponse je crois que je ne vais pas trouver de réponse a mon problème :-( Je vais essayé de nouveau de régler sa mais j'y crois pas trop :-(
