For the map you have to edit the maplist and mapcycle files.

 

You can easily install CSSDM by our panel and after you have to configure the list of restricted weapon to allow only the deagle if I have correctly understood.

In that place the DM define the weapons for each map, as I will not only want the server to aim_deaglek7, I want other maps of aim and these maps have other weapons, my question is the place where I can restrict weapons for example the map but the map X and Y restrict the weapons e and E.
