1- On the server

 

Open the file users.ini (with a notepad) who is in the folder : ../cstrike addons/amx/config/, and add this line:

 

"pseudo|ip|Steam_id" "yourpass" "access level" "flags"

 

Example :

 

"your_Steam_id" "your pass" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuz" "c"

 

2- On your pc

 

Open the file config.cfg (with a notepad) who is in the folder c:\program files\steam\steamapps\cstrike_french\ and add this line :

 

setinfo "_pw" "your pass"
