Connection refused ?

Bonjour j'ai un petit probleme depuis que le plugin essential ne marcher plus pour je ne sais que raison , Maitenant c'est le serveur qui est en mode OFF pourquoi ? sur mon panel verygame le bouton et orange olieu de vert et quand je me co sa me mais "connection refused:connect"

Essaye de redémarrer ton serveur avec le bouton vert ou le bouton bleu. As-tu mis à jour récemment ton serveur ? Peut-tu nous passer les logs ?

Oui j'ai reload y'a meme pas 10 min toujour rien :/ je sais pas vraiment quoi faire
