Payment controls are random.They are performed on payments made through PayPal of debit/credit card only.Our commercial support contacts the customer via a ticket in order to let him know that we perform a routine payment control on his account. We then inform him of the document(s) that we need.The customer has to do is to provide the requested document(s). And his account will be confirmed.
